Sooo I took a break from Tera and now I get the email to transfer my account to Gameforge, which I did, Im from NA Server I Download the Gameforge Client, Log in, Download Tera and my problem is After I Click PLAY it says In Game but then this little window Pops up and says "An Error has occurred. Please try again later. Can Anyone Help me? I cant seem to send the support a message either. Why doesnt my game launch. ![]()

This message appears because the new dedicated servers for NA players are unavailable. Gameforge will officially launch they on 12th of November. So you have to wait a bit.
I cant seem to send the support a message either.
Because in the support system you need to create a separate account (you can use the same mail as for the account in the Gameforge system), since the platform are not linked to each other.

I have the same issue, the game was working an hour before I got that message. IF you figure out a fix please post it here. I sent in a ticket but I'm guessing that they don't work weekends and its right after a migration with a host of other problems so there's gonna be a lot of tickets to get through, I'm guessing I will get a reply Monday some time or Tuesday.

You guys are not alone in this. I too had previously logged in game and now I get that same error. Oh the woes of migration and new servers. It's a waiting game now. Cheers everyone!
