You must create a separate account in the Support (it can be registered to the same mail that you use to log in to the game client) since the game account data is used only for authorization to the forum and the Gameforge Client (i.e., they are not suitable for authorization in the Support, because these platforms are not related to each other).

I'm transferring from NA and just made a game forge account in the migration page. However, it keeps telling me migration failed and contact support if it persists. I have tried safari, chrome, Firefox. I have disabled all AdBlock, scripts and the issue still persists. Any idea why it's happening?

📌 If you don't know then keep in mind that in the support system you need to create a separate account (you can use the same mail as for the account in the Gameforge system), since the platform are not linked to each other.

I already did a ticket.

I tried using new created GF account.

same issue for me! I get migration failed but it told me last month when I first migrated it was successful but it let me do it again so I could check and it would say "account already migrated." now it doesn't.

Constantly get this, try to raise ticket and can only raise one for European versions of TERA?

Hello, about this issue and considering this is about an existing EU account on the GF client (since your NA account was not migrated and the servers are also not live yet), please contact our support team directly at https://tera.support.gameforge.com/ (Game support) with all the details.

Hello! This message appears because the new dedicated servers for NA players are unavailable. Gameforge will officially launch they on 12th of November. So you have to wait a bit.
