Does anyone know what this kind of error happens?
I've never seen some kind of stuff before.
I was 5 days straight downloading the game, and when it was finally on 100%, i got this error.
I don't know how to make the Launcher recgonize the files i already download (60GB+ Files).
When i tried to "Add Game" on a different location, i still got the same message.
I've uninstalled and re-installed the launcher, but the problem is still there.
Sup! And if you don't know then keep in mind that in the support system you need to create a separate account (you can use the same mail as for the account in the Gameforge system), since the platform are not linked to each other.
Anyone else resolve this issue? I get it when i press "Add Game" instead of "Install" and choose my Tera folder. I copied Tera contents from my laptop to my desktop that way I dont need to use internet to install it on both devices
Any idea?
I've got the same kind of problem, my update got to 32% and has just paused. And half of the time when I go to launch the gaem it says in game and i have to restart my pc.
I was directed to this post for the same I had...funny enough when from "Add Game" popup window, I added the new path AND UNCHECKED the "create shortcut .." box , it seems to be able to download the game without that error...Please let us know if that will resolve yours by doing that.
Hello! Same problem over here: I've uninstalled both launcher and game from my computer and downloaded the whole thing again but when I clicked on the "Install" button it just started downloading the whole thing again. After restarting my PC when I clicked on the "Install" button the game would show me this error. There's no game launcher or desktop icon on my computer. I've already contacted the support team but I'm seeing these issues on the Internet from years ago and I haven't been able to find a single solution. So, I'm just asking to see if any of you guys got some kind of a response?

It's the weekend now, just wait a bit. 
People who want to add their already downloaded game to launcher. To fix this problem, let's say your game file is "TERA", create a new folder named "Tera" Click "add game" in launcher and select the newly created empty folder. Close the launcher. Start launcher and check what is it showing. It should be doing file check. If that's the case close it again ( Make sure it isn't minimized ). Move the files in "TERA" to "Tera" folder ( You can copy them instead to keep them until confirming the process worked to not loose your original files ). Open launcher. It should be showing Play button if your game is up to date. Otherwise it might do file check or update.
