I've migrated my account to Gameforge. I installed the new client. I installed Tera. I successfully logged into the Gameforge client and tried to play Terra. I get an error stating "error try again later". I've tried this several times for 2 days now. I tried to contact support however when I try to submit a ticket it states that I do not have an account.

Why am I getting a message 'An error has occurred please try again later' while trying to launch the game:
- The servers will only open on 12th of November. Therefore, getting an error message while trying to launch the game earlier is possible.
Also, please keep in mind that in order to contact our support team, you will need to create a brand new support account (the game credentials do not work).
