Game is currently unavailable to you

  • So I migrated my account over to Game Forge, downloaded and installed it, and I click play and get the message "The game is currently unavailable to you. Please contact support" Anyone know how I can fix this? I already tried the repair option and had no luck. I don't believe I'm region restricted as I'm in the US, but I also wanted to check as I didn't know if it was going to be available in the US at a certain time on Game Forge servers. Thanks for any assistance.

    If you are trying to access new game servers dedicated to the North American region at Gameforge, then you should wait until 12th of November when they will officially launch.


    BUT, the message "The game is currently unavailable to you. Please contact support" in most cases indicates a temporary or permanent blocking of the account. In your case, it's probably a temporary block – such blocking most often occurs when you have a dynamic IP address (you can check this with your provider), or because of some connections (for example, VPN). The temporary blocking period varies from a few minutes to ~48 hours.


    Restart the Gameforge Client completely and check again if this error persists. If yes, then I advise you to contact the Support for this issue.

    I guess I'll just have to wait till after the 12th, I have no ban on my account that I'm aware of (I'm a founder account, started day 1 paying for it and all up until free to play) I do have a Dynamic IP address with my provider, but I refuse to pay my ISP more $$$ just to play 1 game (Static IP's with either provider I could go with are an extra cost)

    I don't use a VPN, nor do I have an anti-virus, or a firewall except for my router, which already has the ports for Tera forwarded unless they've changed under Game Forge, are there any ports GF recommends forwarding?

  • Hello, i've been facing the same problem, the first time that it happened i was trying to get into EU tera to play while NA is not open yet, but for accident i launched NA tera instead, so i was getting this error on both Teras, then i restarted my pc and tried to launch EU and it worked, i could play, now i wanted to play again today and doesn't matter what i do the error appears for both servers.

    Hi! Am I correct in understanding that you change the region (from North America to Europe and vice versa) in this menu and the startup error is observed for any selected region?

  • Exactly, i also tried in another email and the same happens, both regions gets the same error, also my main account i had a EU character for over a year that i was playing on it before, i migrated the enmasse account to gameforge and now i'm getting this error all the time, i just restarted my internet and it stills the same.

But a friend of mine had the same exactly problem, and they told that it had something to do with Dinamic Ip's or something like that. The thing is, i was playing on the EnMasse servers on the same day that the NA servers went up! How my account was hacked simply by going into other server?

  • is happening to a huge number of people, include me, and more 8 friends , many players have no intention( or just dont know they need*) creating account in the forum and in the support to access gameforge after migration...

    and the supporl,well.. the support is useless, just give a generic response and ignores the reply, the reality MEMEforge is worst than MEME

    I believe it is not a problem of the account, l since I tried to create a new one, but even the new account gives the same message. I have a laptop that I tested to see and is working normally. the problem, it just happens on my gamer computer.

    fanboy, everyone who migrated an account has been cheated since the account created does not have access to the forum or even support, they try to log in and find out that it doesn’t work, they are players who are frustrated, angry, and feel cheated, and are trying by other social media to know what happens, a serious company trying to collect data from all criticism and try fixbut this junk company called gameforge didn't start any tutorial before migration to explain for EME Players that they needed to create another account to contact support or use forum, as well as ignoring those who are not managing to log in with this error, and have account in forum and send ticket in support, for players who wasted time to create an account for support just are facing to read the same useless shit copy paste? worst support than the old, who failed,closed the company, support that does not respond when a reply from player after send a useless ctrl+c ctrl+v and simply ignores the problem, who loses money here? and show amadeurism? unable to manage a mmo? deal with customers ? only MEMEforge
