Migrating from US

    Hey everyone.


    My problem is the following, i tried to migrate my account from US through the e-mail i got from EME, i clicked the link they sent Me, read the things they wanted Me to read, checked the things i had to check, clicked migrate and i was greeted with a GF page that said login or create an account to migrate. But i had no option to log in, only to create. I thought i have to write my e-mail and password there in order to log in, so i did. And it said grats for registering. So i'm kinda confused. Does this mean i completed the migration or i messed up something and i created another account? Which is kinda a dumb question because i entered an already existing account's details so it shouldn't be a registering but i'm confused a bit.

    When during the migration process you are taken to the Gameforge page (to login or registration), you just need to either create a new account in the Gameforge system (you can enter the same data that was used in the EME system, since this is a completely different site and they are not related to each other) or, if you already had an account with Gameforge, then log in to your existing Gameforge account. Simply put, during the migration exactly your game data was transferred, not the data from the EME site. If after following the migration steps you have been redirected to a "Thank you" page, then this means you have completed the migration successfully.


    Next, you should download the Gameforge Client from the official site here, log in and wait for the official launch of new dedicated servers on 12th of November. :)

    That is exactly the question. Where do we login? There's no login button or login form in that page. Only a registration form and a Confirm button.


    It keeps saying "Account already exists. Please login." So I logged into gameforge.com/tera. Nope, nothing happened. Logged in at Gameforge, still asking and showing the same Registration page. I clicked Confirm again. Same message, "Please login."


    Now, I tried again. Clicked "Start Migrate" from En Masse. This time, it goes straight to gameforge.com/tera. No "Thank You" message or anything. I don't even know if the process was successful. No email was given. No notification.


    So what's next? Do I simply login into the game from Gameforge client and my game data will be there? I'm so confused right now. I wish the migration page was done with a little bit more thought and sincerity.

    if you already have one Gameforge account you should use the log in credentials in the 'Sign up' form.

    Please try migrating your account once again and let us know if it was successful this time. :)


    I have played TERA for many, many years. I have been trying to migrate my account for 12 days now. I came here and opened a account with the exact same credentials and password as my En Masse account. I click on the link to start start migration from the En Masse forums. Does not work. I try it from this site. Does not work. I tried it from the game launcher till I deleted the game (the En Masse folder one) about 10 days ago. It did not work. When I click on this link http://bit.ly/TERA_migrate it takes me to this page https://account.enmasse.com/?slogin=true. (Picture at top of post) I have tried it a hundred times in EDGE, Firefox and Chrome with no luck. It always takes me to that page regardless of the source of the link as explained above. I never get the migration page. And if I attempt to use the LOGIN button at the top right of that page, nothing happens. Absolutely nothing.


    So I am stumped at this time. I am currently downloading the game from your Gameforge Game client. It is halfway done as I type. I have read I should not try to login yet and I should definitely not create a character as it will not migrate my account from the En Masse NA servers if I do. So my best question is. What do I do now? I cannot migrate and I cannot login to the page link I get when I follow the link that is suppose to take me to the migrate page. I am between the rock and a hard place. Need some help here. Thanks.

    Thank you for your help. I am now fully migrated and soon as I close this post I will be starting it up and see how badly the transfer beat me up. LOL I'll keep my fingers crossed all went well.
