No it's not the same. Making a concept is crafting a blueprint.

What you are saying is: Gameforge crafts the blueprints for Batu and hands them to Bluehole. Then magically Batu appears ingame.
Sadly doesn't work like that. Gameforge employees took time to learn how to generate instances and coded Batu themselves.

This means they could potentially also fix the PvP bugs.

TL;DR Gameforge CANNOT create their own original patches for the game, and cannot rebalance it as they see fit. they have to follow the steps of KTera. Events are a different story.

If you are talking about Tera Battle Arena well... it has Nothing to do with current retail Tera. It's a complete side game with Tera combat in a MOBA, that changes nothing and carries over nothing to the MMORPG part of the game AFAIK.

Sorry but thats just non-sense - the people who reported those cheaters did all of the mentioned things they needed to do - your support is just lazy or doesn't even know themselves whats their job supposed to be.

Stuff like this shit here. Any sane person that ever touched & played this game knows exactly what they're using and that it should instantly get banned on sight - there is absolutely zero reason to "think/discuss" about it. But for some reason people like him are/were still allowed to play for months or even years if they're bored enough to keep doing it. Rarely one or two people get banned for it but who cares about that when the other hundred or so people still abuse it daily.

It takes roughly 134m/s party dps to do that timer, you want to tell me that is possible with that gear they have? That is over 35m/s per DPS class IF the healer/tank could pull 30m/s dps combined?

I dont know if you're trying to lie to us, or you're just comforting yourself that support is actually capable of doing something that they are supposed to do. I like how you say that there is a procedure to this things but in reality, you or whoever does the banning people job, can sometimes ban people instantly (even before i get answer to my ticket) and sometimes (like now FOR 2 SEASONS with the cheaters from FAUW hard mode leaderboard) i need to write 5 tickets to get the same bot response EVERY SINGLE TIME and still they are not banned. Do you really expect me to believe that someone who has gold gear is capable of clearing the "hardest" dungeon in the game faster than fully geared people? Or a party of 5 people with NO HEALER is capable for something like that? And i dont even know why you expect US to do the research with photos, videos, screenshots for YOU( who actually are payed to do that) when in the end you dont even accept those proves because apparently it's "third party program". And also i really dont understand why you can't share details why those people are not banned. Just like you are asking US to share prove that they are cheaters I want prove why they aren't getting banned. Because for me and every sane person these things are just not possible.
