Can't leave current party

    Hello! I need a big help.

    Yesterday i queued for instance matching, it was a 5 players match. We were 3, 2 were offline. Once inside the leader kicked one of them so we could queue again, then another offline player got in. The leader kicked again, then a person came in. The 5th player was still off but they misclicked and made them leader. We tried to wait for them but they never come online. When we tried to leave: we couldn't, when we tried to vote kick we couldn't. Then we thought we just needed to reset the match by completing the dg, but when we were done, nothing happened.

    I tried using the commands /drop or /disband and it doesn't work. I submitted a support ticket but I got no response yet.


    Now I'm stuck in a party with offline people, I cant queue for anything.... what can I do??


    When I try to kick outside the dg the game says I can't because the party was made with instance matching...

    you can actually write in chat /drop to leave the party ( you might recive a drop out dbuff 15min you can't queue any instance matching) but is better than being stuck in a party.

    I tried, maybe i chose the wrong section bc they told me it's a known bug.. but couldn't they force me out? :c I'm trying the "other" section now..

    I had the same thing happen to me this morning. I was waiting for a queue for over an hour and it just wouldnt pop. I was queued for all 453 and above. I couldnt even enter Ghilliglade (message was "You have too many players to enter"), which suggested to me that the game counts my character as if its in a party even though it wasnt. At that point I decided to add every dungeon available in IM. Luckily a queue for MC popped , however as soon as I tried to enter MC the game kicked me out of the instance, so I asked the other 2 players to kick me from the group. After the kick I was able to enter GG and queue for other instances successfully (except for Commander's residence it seems its stuck at 19/20 for over an hour at this point, so Im not sure if there are still some issues with IM and my character or its only CR related). Im guessing another solution would be to join or make a party and just drop (or get kicked?) from said party.

    I queued for a AQ dungeon and then at first boss, 3 of the party members crashes and we managed to kick one of the members because they weren’t coming back. But then suddenly one of the offline members gets lead and we can’t disband, drop, kick or leave the party. We tried everything. Relogging, unstucking, re—queuing, entering other instances, inviting other people and so on. Typing /drop and /disband. We even tried to finish it the two of us but was impossible. We’ve been stuck like this for two days now and can’t do anything, we can only enter AQ and we can’t invite anyone either. I wrote a support ticket to gameforge but really sucks, missing a whole weekend of a lot of fun
