I just wanted to know if it's possible to have both the NA and EU Tera accounts on the same email? Or should I use a new email for the NA account? Thanks.

You can use the same email.
After you migrate to GF, you will see inside GF launcher, under Tera settings, both your accounts, if you have already one GF account. If not, only the NA account. Still, regardless of the email used, you will always be able to add it.

Thanks! I am a GF launcher noob. I was wondering how I would switch to my NA account on/after Nov 12th.

I checked to see if I could log onto Tera EU server during the 3 days the NA servers were down, it wouldn't let me. Now that NA is live, I see my main account on EU now and was able to make a new character on Mystel.

You would probably be better off posting your own thread in Player Questions & Assistance (<--- Linked) with as much detail and screenshots as possible so that GF (and maybe even us players) can help you better!
