I am unable to talk to Seir after killing Samuel. Also there are two Seirs superimposing one another. I tried restarting my game multiple times, but its giving me the same issue. Please help fix this. I am unable to progress because of this.

Okay nvm, I found a solution to this myself.
There are 2 Seirs only one of whom you can interact with, so manually click on the correct Seir with your mouse cursor. If you get the correct one you will be able continue.
Issue Fixed, I believe this can be used in any other instance where there are multiple characters superimposing one another.
