Need help. My freshly opened account can't log into game.

    Hi all,

    i and my friends decided to play tera online previous week.

    They installed and can play without any problems. But i got an error while trying to login to game via gameforge client which says: " The game is currently unailable to you.Please contact support." Then i have contacted the support they said ;

    "Thank you for contacting the general Gameforge Support.

    After reviewing your account, I must inform you that the issue you are experiencing is a direct result of the use of external software that automates fully / parts of Metin2 (= so-called “botting software”).

    Unfortunately, as this is a clear violation of Gameforge’s T&Cs    , Customer Support is unable to assist you with this issue any further."

    and problem starts here. I have never played Metin2, noone using my internet connection have played Metin2.

    Is this possible? Anyone has any explanation for this situation.
