Thank you both very much! I do see something on the list for NA when I use the drop down on the region. But it doesn't have a number for last played. This could be just me not playing on NA for a while, or maybe because I cannot migrate from steam yet. Thanks both! I'm no longer too stressed ![]()
[TERA America] Questions regarding the migration

But it doesn't have a number for last played.
Because you have never launched TERA on Gameforge.
Thank you both very much! I'm no longer too stressed

Always happy to help!

An interesting question I hadn't thought to ask until now;
Will the shops contents (i.e: Fashion Coupons, etc) transfer over, or will they change to compare to EU Tera's content? Roughly the comparison is 5-10x more in the EU per item in the Fashion Coupon shop in EU, compared to TERA NA. Does this get covered under:
QuotePlease also make sure to exchange all your token items before the server shuts down as some of them might have different content or won’t work anymore afterwards.
If so there's a lot of Fashion Coupons to use...and I guarantee you those who hoarded even more than I have, they might not have enough slots to purchase those things and keep them in Wardrobes, Banks, etc.
Just thought I'd ask for clarification, as this was brought up on EnMasse's forum as well, via;
https://forums.enmasse.com/ter…nt/291742/#Comment_291742
TL;DR - Will the shop prices change to fit the EU economy even though we're being separated, or keep the same for our US economy?

Hello! Let me tell you how it was with the migration from Russia. Before migration, we did not use the accumulated coupons, leaving them. After the migration, the assortment of our old coupons included new European coupons, for which old coupons could be exchanged (while maintaining their quantity). Perhaps a similar situation could be for NA players (but this is not certain, so the final decision is yours). The assortment of coupons for all regions differs, this is unambiguous.

The European version of TERA on Steam (published by Gameforge) can be found here.

Now that I've migrated, is it possible to still log in to Enmasse version with my account until they shut down?

Hello,
EME shut their servers down on 9th of November, therefore it is not possible to play their version anymore.
-
Oh, I thought they were keeping open during the migration period. Alright, thank you.

Well, Another good MMO comes to an end for me it seems. Been playing this since pretty close to it's inception, and when I heard about the migration I tried to move my accounts. This one being my most important. Been trying since mid-oct and the system kept saying I do not exist and when I tried to complete Gameforge registration it would say I already existed one day, then I don't the next! I keep trying to use an email I recently received that's supposedly an instant transfer of account over from Krafton to Gameforge. It doesn't work. It keeps taking me to some login page of GF support, and when I try to login to that it says I don't exist there either. Way to go guys & gals, YOU just took a veteran Tera player out of the game. It also keeps asking me to re-install the game even though I have it installed already. If I were to uninstall current version of TERA, I would lose my cache files to my accounts and there is no going back to retrieve them with the current situation between companies [and servers!] These kind of tech issues is what makes players like me drop subs and look elsewhere to spend good time and money. Send me an email if you ever resolve these issues BEFORE Krafton permanently deletes all of our accounts!!

Orrrr you could create a support account and send in a ticket asking for assistance?
To migrate, you need to go to this link: https://account.enmasse.com/?slogin=true and login.
Then click the 3 boxes on the follow-up page and click the button 'Start Migration'.
You will then be taken to a Gameforge page to either login or create a Gameforge account after filling out the information boxes provided.
The above thread should offer you help on getting this done. (Click on 'Migrating from US', it's a hyperlink to open a new link.)

I got the 'your email does not exist' messages when I was trying to log into the forums. I couldn't post here for several days for that reason.
As for the reinstall, as far as I understand that is par the course. I uninstalled everything EmE, from their launcher to the version of the game I played them on. Then I installed Gameforge client and Tera once more, and that worked like a charm.

In my 1st comment I already stated that when I tried to login to GF support page it says my account doesn't exist, and without access there's no way to create a ticket. If I had access to it, this comment would never have posted. C'mon guys! Read what I wrote thoroughly please?
But hey, Thnx for actually taking time to notice I had posted. I have a feeling I will not be heard until it's too late. Just hope for the sake of all the other players out there this doesn't go the way of Devilian due to some of the same "technical" issues flaring up. That was another Blue Hole Ginno great game, just like Tera has been for 7yrs.
Tera will always be my fave jam, even if I lose access to it. -

I had that link sent to my main account email, filled in the boxes... and nothing. Keeps saying I don't exist. As to the other comment, my original En Masse Game installed is 52.6GB and now it's over 80GB to reinstall. I got a warning telling me I would lose my account cache data [i.e. - character info] if uninstalled, and to install the new game from GF would leave me with 5% HD space left which is dangerous if I were to do that and leave the old on here. Any advice on how to proceed? Is there a file that has just my character info I could pull to dsktp then delete old before new install maybe? Maybe grasping at straws here since I still don't have access to support group at GF.

Thank you. For whatever reason the support page is working today. Just to let you know, I tried that page 2weeks ago, 5 days ago, 3 days ago and finally again last night and that's when I was finally able to get access to the forums and leave a message. Glad I did. I had previously tried to register to the support team and kept getting kicked back. Happy it went thru this time. It finally made a ticket.

Pretty sure none of your character info is stored locally, it's all server-side. You don't even need the game installed to migrate - either before or after.

The only cache that is stored locally in your PC, is the Appdata folder cache.
In there, are stored only the effects of skill animations of your characters and of the other players' characters. The specific cache's role is to not have visual lag when an extreme skill animation is performed by you or any other player.
Also, the cache may keep stored some UI settings, like chat position and chat letter size .
This cache was created back in 2013, when reaper appeared to Tera, and many ppl were complaning about reaper's skills animation, cause they were causing extreme visual lag every time.
To access the cache files and take a backup, click Start, type %appdata% and click the Local folder. In there you may see a folder named "TERA\LIVE". In this folder the cache is stored.
After uninstalling and re-installing, you type again %appdata% and you restore the folder "TERA\LIVE" you backed up previously.
