Incomplete migration process and unable to login on support webpage

What i understood, is that the Enmasse accounts have only been flagged (marked) for migration, since all the data remain on Savvis Datacenter. Thus, we still need to launch TERA NA from EME launcher till 9th of Nov.

The actual migration procedure will take place on 9th of Nov and on 12th of Nov all the data will be active on the new Gameforge datacenter (still located within USA).

There is not even any active login server in control of Gameforge yet, concerning Tera NA.

The full Gameforge control will be on 12th/Nov., when they will have full access/responsibility to resolve any issue.

First of all I would like to say that I did get redirected to the "Thank you" page.

Secondly, I have tried to add my main email to my support account, but I have already registered for it be be a support account and can't receive verification. A message displayed that read:


from my understanding of this, my main email is currently in a verification mode for 24 hours (from time I tried to create it) and after this time expires the account will cease to exist freeing up the email to be added to my alternate support account?

As a follow up on this, I tried adding the migrated account email to my alternate support account email. But again, I've run into the issue where I can't receive emails from gameforge on my main email to verify it and add it to the support account email.

Support wont help until that email is verified, so I'm stuck in a loop that comes back to not being able to receive emails from gameforge on my main email.

In that screenshot we can see clearly the migration process page is YOURS because the url there says https://us.tera.gameforge.com/…=1&commit=Start+Migration

How can you expect us to believe you dont have access to YOUR OWN data?
