I am unable to log-in to the support section for Tera support. I have sent password resets ad nausea, etc. This was over one day ago.
This account I'm using is mainly here for writing my issue here as I cannot send tickets (even on this account).
I know for sure I have an old account and character because my friend has logged in and can see my old character account on his friends list.
Server would be Mystel for my character.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
