Coming back since 2018 - Where are my characters?

Hi I got a long history with Tera (since 2013)

& last time I logged in was in 2018 (got screenshots).

This time I installed Tera first time through Steam (which shares my same emailaddress) but I find no characters?

So my question.. Does the Steam version have a different server? (although I do see the Mystel server which I played on..)

or was there a account / character wipe?

When I try to check my account with tera.gameforge.com I see the website's all changed and I could register anew.. but then I see my forum account is still since 2013..

Hope to find out what happened.

if you haven't linked your TERA account to Steam back in 2018, its normal that you can't see your characters.
