Password recovery

    Ok, I am not new to Tera, it just happens I do not login for a while.

    I have an account in both Tera NA and EU, and I know Gameforge is going to take over Tera NA, so I was trying to login to check on my characters.


    For start, I know I have both Collectors Edition (NA and EU), and this account I used to play with has a CE serial number attached.

    I have made a password recovery, but didn't got any email. Are these emails working, by chance? I checked the spam folder, nothing.


    Already sent a ticket about this. Just wanted to know your thoughts.

    I had similar result recently as yours.

    Tera accounts are now linked to Gameforge account.
    Notice email address when you open GF client (top-right corner of window). If it is different from your Tera NA email (and also your Tera EU mail), that probably means your tera game account is linked to GF account which has different email address.


    You can check tera accounts linked to your GF account by opening.
    GF client > Library > Tera > Settings (under Play button)

    Selecting one of those mails (if you have more than 1) will select tera account with which you will login to game.


    When you want to recover account password, you will want to use email address from your Gameforge client.
