Gameforge not installing TERA

  • Last night I installed TERA and I was able to play it just fine, then the day right after I clicked on the shortcut for TERA, and Gameforge said that there was a maintenance at first. Then I quit Gameforge and logged back in right after, and it said I had to install TERA again to launch it. However it wont let me install after I selected a folder that I wanted to download it in (F: Drive), because it wouldn't start the installation at all, I even deleted the TERA files from the drive and it still wouldn't install the game in the selected folder.

  • Greetings! :)

Perhaps there was some glitch causing the game client did not see the game. You could try restarting your computer, sometimes it helps. Try this now and then try to install the game to the desired folder. If it doesn't work, choose a different directory for installing the game. For the future, you shouldn't uninstall the game manually, bypassing the pre-installed uninstall function in the game client.

If the problem still persists, you should send a ticket to the Support Team on this issue.

It's not a problem with tera, the client doesn't respond to any game loading.Reinstalling the client didn't change anything.Traying to solve.

  • To fix the reinstallation problem, delete the client and reinstall from the site. If you do it from the tera folder, the problem persists. Good day.

This is not the only correct decision, it all depends on the specific user and his situation, each case is individual. But yes, your option turned out to be one of the possible solutions. Wish you a pleasant game!
