is hard to write what i want to do but people did their biggest hit and duped thier gear plus their alts and we are here just talking about them enjoying what they did whithout getting banned

As i see it problem is with option change scrolls.
From my experiances in other games when something like this happened there was eather rollback or the item in question was removed from the game until further investigations were made and consequences followed.
Yes i understand it is not even one bit fair to players who already owned it before, but it is also not fair who made 999999x meanwhile.
Just saying cause broker on Myst is falling apart from all scrolls in it.

However, as far as I know, quite a few players who exploited this vulnerability in any way received appropriate penalties.

I do not have accurate data on exactly on which servers and at what time this happened, as well as how many of them. It's just that some players whom I knew in one way or another are now unable to play the game due to punishments and they themselves speak about it directly (for example, in the EU and RU Discord).
Also, as I said earlier, no changes can be made to the game by anyone other than the developer. Perhaps for this reason, it seems like the gaming community is being ignored, when in reality we are just waiting for a fix from the developer.

There are speculations that many of these players do not care about the value of their main accounts, since most of them are simply bored in the game or there are no such serious investments (costumes, achievements, etc.) in these accounts that it is not a problem to switch to alt account.

It's not really a secret that for example a ton of Russian Endgame Players got banned for exploiting on their main account. The only thing that annoys me is the fact that people who bought/received any exploited items from other accounts still seem to have their items and it doesn't seem that they're gonna get removed - so in the end the ethical playerbase once again gets fucked by well...not being filthy cheaters.
Interesting statement from Bluehole/Gameforge though - wouldn't surprise me if in the future literally every single player left is gonna try to benefit from the next big public exploit, since not much is being done in that regard anyway.

I have to say at this point that a lot of people have been banned for receiving exploited items and the "ban wave" or whatever you want to call it isnt over yet. I still heard from people (yes main accounts) that they have been banned yesterday. I still wont mention any names since it is not my decision to "expose" certain player.
If you want to have any names, you should check tera europe discord some time because there most people stated that they have been banned or shared pictures of their launcher which basically showed that they couldnt login anymore.
Concerning those russian end game player there has even been released a meme video which shows all of the banned people:
However it's literally sad how gameforge handles the whole situation.
There hasnt even been a public announcement concerning this whole situation!!
And I can already see people spamming in Atmorph's chat in tomorrow's stream even though he has nothing to do with this whole thing.

You (plural) are really trying your best to make people quit, I wouldn't be mad with ONLY 5-10 entries, but announcing 4 times in a row something that is not working, claiming that you fixed while you didn't and KEEP DOING IT, you are really messing with community.
