You can fix this Problem with just banning 2 ppl+(their bots for sure) on mystel

I think someone is maybe doing this on purpose like someone said in upper comments..
Or something is really wrong with server connection.
It would be nice if you inform players what is going on and you should take time and really look into it.
Don't say server is back live and online and it falls down in next 10 min.
I really don't want to be sarcastic, take your time and look into things why it is happening is it connection (network) is server (database) overloaded or flooded with some commands or something

TBH this isn't professional at all; This is not how professionals run an online game.

Few weeks ago mystel had same problems, even a hotfix didnt change the permanent shutdown and restart of the server. But then, like by the hand of god, the server worked and problems stopped immediately even without another hotfix. I asked gameforge in the forum how is that possible. No answer ofc. If i would bet, i would say the exploiters were finished with exploiting or attacking the server.
But Yeah. This is what the community get, when they accept even the smalest exploits, proxys or thirdparty programms. Some ppl will allways exaggerate when cheats like this are alowed and will not be fixed.

Can you stop communicate like you allways do. You say some words without any content. As a COMMUNITY manager, it is your duty to inform YOUR community what happened. You guys dont even recognize how bad your communication with the community is. I mean the community dont trust gameforge anymore and you guys didnt change anything. You ignore most topics, you dont forward feedback, you dont give feedback about community feedback, you dont inform about reasons of issues and many more. How about to change this and start beeing a community manager? I mean look at the forum, it's full of topics were ppl complain about all this things and you dont answer anything. are u happy with that?
I am also in contact with costumers in my company and i wouldnt survive more then a week if i would communicate like this.
The people here dont want apologizes for the issues. They just want to know whats happen!!!

That's what happens when the devs don't bother fixing exploits after years of people reporting & abusing them.
Btw prices are sky-rocketing, gold has lost so much value thanks to fish-botters + exploiters in the past 2 years so yeah Tera is one the best examples how incompetent devs can ruin a decent game by doing absolutely nothing.

i already reported around 12 people in the last week and nothing happened. ppl are still running around so i dont give a *** now. if they dont wanna ban this guys so yea im okay with this. more time for other stuff than waiting for mystel.
