Commander’s Residence IMS is buggy

    This week-end i've tried to queue Commander’s Residence on several caracters. On friday evening, it was working good, tag was fast, but since yesterday afternoon it keeps getting stuck at 18/20 or 19/20 and fails to complete.

    I've spent up to 40 min in tag before giving up on some caracters. Sometimes it procs but most of the time it keeps getting stuck and doesn't.

    Knowing that we can only run it 2 times per week and only on week end, it is really frustrating :(

    Something doesn't seem to work, please have a look.

    I am on Mystel and the same thing is happening been trying to run for last 2 days now and nothing! We also have an extra run this weekend and I can't even use that!!

    Sorry, I don't want to contact support, I don't want them to tell me to contact my ISP, repair my game or even worse do a fresh instal which would take me 30 h to download, before checking the problem.
