Is it worth comming back?

Honestly, I wouldn't want to spend any money on this game anymore regarding its current state... Dead servers, repetitive content, tedious questing, server crashes, still bad optimization, elitism/toxicity to a certain degree, etc. EU used to have a PvP server and much higher population some years ago. Apex quests/skills and Fishing are nice to have, but that's about it. Even the graphics, atmosphere and combat system cannot save nowadays' Tera, but that's just my personal view.

Short answer: no.

Its not a p2w game but the player base is low, will be hard to find parties and the game isn't versatile enough, so no. Maybe you will enjoy it more if you play it from time to time, but don't invest on it.

I should say it worth, two weeks ago.

But now I say no. 64 bit client is a piece of shit. New errors, less players, all new content is shit, gearing to +15 from 0 is nearly impossible without investing real money and alot of your time. You can waste 20000000 of gold and months of playing and stay +12 mid-geared.

And without good playing skills you will meet toxic community, I swear.

Not worth in my opinion as it is now.

In mmo genre you can find better titles with normal community, supported game and populated servers.

This game is one step to be closed - almost dead.

I came back with 64bits patch, havent play since late 2017 and i'm getting fun discovering this new things and all. I'm pretty sure ppl saying no are bored cause they play it too much but if you havent play since a while, its pretty fun so.. try, i think its worth.

Yeah, it's fun for like... two days. And I've restarted the game a week ago after three years of inactivity. There are really only minor positive changes like the awakening update and fishing but that's about it. If one has been dissatisfied with the game three years ago, then they will be even more dissatisfied with its current state.

Other MMOs are tab target trash. If you want fun, deep combat there is only Tera. I enjoy the game a lot to be honest, even with all its faults

There are many games with combat like tera.

First learn about something iw you want talk, after that talk.

Anyway, whatever you choose - stay with this game or search for another, its your choice.

Players just give you their opinions.

Maybe you should learn first. There is not a single game that has combat like TERAs.

And it is always worth coming back if you are a PvE player because the combat in TERA is simply the best.

then list some of your mmos and we'll see if you're right or not

The grind is just getting out of hands,

Skill advancement, TONS OF Cards farms, now lvl V is required for halidroms, and if you dont have full +15 dont even think about doing FOUR star dungouns, I cant even keep up or dont have any interest at this point

I would say just try it, nobody knows!

Obviously everyone has a different opinion about good and bad changes. As mentioned the best is you give it a try (if you have a 63 bit win 10 with at least 12 GB RAM, otherwise you cant play cause the developer decided that it is not worth assisting other players). Although i would say that the list of good things is neglitable and the bad things are huge.

Good things:

- great combat system

Bad things:

- almost every other aspect of a game oyu cna image (grind, population, rng, reskinned bosses, hardware limitations, no pvp, no communication with the community, ...)

TLTR: Try it yourself^^

you are a bit late on this train...its a free 2 play game so sure try it..?

but honestly i wouldn't recommend the game to anyone in it's current State.
