my character got doomzoned and i can't contact support

well, i'm a teacher and the only time i get to play tera is on weekend and by a struck of luck( no to say the opposite) my character just got doomzoned when i teleported to celsian lake and now he is stuck there forever and when things couldn't get any better, when i tried to contact support i got stuck in the login area getting the "incorrect data" message and yes i checked 100 times if the password was correct so now since i can't get any help from support my only way was creating this thread and i hope someone can solve my problem cuz if not i'll have to wait 5 more days to play again since my free time is only on weekends (rip ), ty.

thing is i just found out that you need a different account for support and not the one from gf client and when things couldnt get any better i just got my second character doomzoned and both teleported to different areas and there's no way any healer could summon me because i can't even pass through character screen because the client closes everytime when loading

I mean everyone can tell "i dont remember my passes" event players whose accounts not belongs to them.

You can also send new password for you email if you forget your actuall one. If you know your email password.

Some years ago in Aion, i was contacted by support via mail, because someone wanted steal my account the same way, someone wrote to them he forgot his password, and tried change it with their support, as they wrote and contacted my email for security reason.

I dont call your thief, but its weird in my opinion thats you cant reset password for your own.

Also if you stuck in lake, just call any Healer on global chat, he can easy and fast teleport you to his side with his skill.

No need support help for that. I stuck on lake too, and called for help, it took 5 minutes for someone to come.
