I quit tera about 2 years ago when all my friends did, recently saw the 64Bit update and decided to try it out again.
I tried logging in and none of my accounts worked, was supprised when i was able to make a new account with the same email i used before only to find out there has been some new migration/merge thing with gameforge.
I try logging in the support page to ask for help and tells me my account does not exist (????) half the posted help and redirect links don't work.
I have old support emails in my gmail inbox from tickets and stuff so i know the email i used was correct but i can't log in to my old accounts or contact support even from this new account i made cause it tells me it's not activated even though i verified my email.
Is there any way i can recover my old accounts and characters or should i just not bother and play something else ?
i always knew gameforge was a shit show and the support system was below garbage levels. I simply want to know if i should even bother trying to recover my accounts or not.
