So this, the XBOX controller has a lot of troubles after the update and X Y buttons are not working anymore, also you can't select UI elements wtih the gamepad anymore, People playing with ps3 controller seems does not experience the bug.

I can confirm this.
I have the same problem. The controller is fine in other apps, but not in TERA.

2 Button are not working (Y), (X), I am not the only one who plays with a controller and all controller players have the same issue!

After investigating further, Xinput seems to be the problem, DInput work kind of fine. By "kind of" i mean it somewhat works but the Gamepad UI buttons show switched, if u press A it acts as if u press B and same for X and Y, are switched.
Well any workarounds for the time being???

I've tried it 10 mins ago and still not working. I hope it gets fixed soon.
