How can I uninstall TERA?

Hello, I have a new computer and I want to uninstall TERA from my old computer. How do I uninstall??

I'm not trolling. I tried to uninstall with windows but it's not working. The client keeps redownloading it. Please share a decent answer.

I can't do that. It started downloading an update and the only option I have left is "Pause". I don't have fast net and not enough space to finish the update. Idk what to do.
