I wrote it 2 days but still not supported. My ip zone is not restricted. I lived in Vietnam 2 days ago and I still play normally after I exit and I can never go in again

2021 here, can't play the game. I had gameforge account with the same email as Tera account since before the merge. I opened the ticked for 2 days now (+ another cause I think the first 2 is not detail enough). Hope I can play it soon. Happy New Year!
