Solved : Gameforge Client shows In-game but game doesn't launch

The gameforge launcher, after the latest patch, won't launch the game. As i click play, it shows In game for a few seconds and goes back to clickable play button.

Until now i have repiared twice, once reinstalled in a different folder.

I have added exceptions to AV and Firewall for whole Tera folder as well as Gameforge client folder.

Weird thing is it was working a few days back, but not anymore.... Anyone had any similar problem and have a solution, please reply below

Alright so i tried

-Reinstall at different location

-Repair

-Run as admin

-Adding exception to Firewall and AV

I got a solution though it's not related to above things: I deleted the hosts file in Windows\system32\drivers\etc\ and now the game starts normally. Probably i can just reset the hosts file which is pretty easy to do (google) and it will be fine.
