Tera Acc Deleted?

    Ok, so!


    I finally downloaded Tera after not playing for a year or 2, and I figured there would be changes with launchers and stuff, but...


    Instead of Gameforge letting me log in with my existing acc, I had to create a new one...with my previous account's e-mail... weird, but ok, thought maybe they'll synch and whatnot.


    So I get in the game, and all of my chars are gone. Which means, the accounts under the same email did not synch. Ok, fine. I'll look for original Tera launcher, where I was playing before and etc. And I can't find it...


    I'm either stupid or the original launcher is hidden somewhere lol.


    So here's my question - is there a way for me to get my acc on the original Tera launcher back or am I forced to start from scratch?


    (Ps. I can't log in to Support even with a newly registered acc. They simply say the credentials are wrong, even though I confirmed the email and everything :') )

    Hello, there was a change on how you can login and play, you can find all the details here: TERA on Gameforge.com

    (Basically you need to create a Gameforge account in order to add your old TERA account there and continue playing.)

    For our support system, please keep in mind that you create a new support account - you cannot use the in-game credentials.
