(feedback TLDR at bottom - hope this is the right forum for this)
So firstly I only found out about the change in the Matryoshka Stamps event date today. Even though I was online on Friday I clearly was not online long enough to recieve my stamp. I was thinking of going on over the weekend when I was told that it was still crashing. As found by someone I know playing later on Friday when more people were on.
This information prevented me attempting to log on over the weekend and as I hadn't heard about the Matryoshka Stamps event changing I didn't realise there was incentive to try. As I didn't put infinty coins together with 'oh you will get stamp later', when logging in on Friday. Regardless of my ability to notice any notices, I have accounts from players saying that sever was still acting strangely. Sending them to doom zones and in one case preventing them from doing anything but walk around, chat and change costume. (their HP and MP were completely bugged and NPC didn't exist).
Did anyone manage to recieve the stamps or make use of the dungeon resets (the compensation event)? Good for you if you did.
I think it would be nice if the stamps could be made avaible in some other way for people who missed out. Maybe in the tikat shop? Does anyone else agree or are you not too bothered about stamps?
It sucks missing out because the notice of change was only up one day before the event and because people kept finding the server was still unstable.
Of course missing out on some cute stamps isn't the end of the world, after all TERA is just a game (I can draw cute Matryoshka gifs to make myself feel better) but I wonder if anyone else is feeling a little frustated that there were still issues going on at the same time as a compensation event and the Matryoshka Stamps event.
Anyway here is just hoping the issues have been fixed now and that I will be able to finish leveling my character before the end of the leveling event. Wishing everyone else the same luck.
Feedback TLDR: It was frustrating that there were still issues going on at the same time as a compensation event and the Matryoshka Stamps event. Also I felt there wasn't enough notice before the new dates for the Matryoshka Stamps event. It would be nice if players could be offered another way to get the stamps they missed out on.
Reminding everyone to take a calming breath and remember TERA is a game. Issues like this aren't the end of the world, just a bit unfortunate.
