I left the game alone for a day cus I just got so frustrated with the crashes. Just logged in and managed five minutes and it went down and now not available.
Dunno what to say.

No probs, we are getting a few random small, worthless stuff on random characters at random intervals as compensation!

GF stuff has weekend now, so they dont work i think and have in the ass players problem with DC. So we wont play much today and tomorrow. I think in monday we will get another emergency maintance that will not solve this problem and game again will be off for several hours.

Compensation rewards are a joke. You get your entries reset.. and crash again the next time. Resulting in.. nothing.
We need the Dungeon rewards as compensation, not the ability to crash in more dungeons. And, no, we don't want cosmetic footsteps.
I'd also like to see the League of Levellers event extended AFTER the crashing is properly fixed.

Mystel crash every week or every 2 days always be "This server is not currently avaliable" ahh.. asia server that closed always be like that as well ooo ( -3-)

Server not available.... I watched as my character just ran and ran and ran and ran and ran and ran and ran and ran and ran and ran and ran and ran. So funny.
So I log today for some spirited questing and suddenly realise that each and every mob I hit loses their HP to say 1% and then wont die. So I move to next mob and same. Pretty soon I have like a whole area of static mobs all at 1% health but wont die. Then I notice my mana will not replenish no matter what I do. And then this white rabbit runs across the screen saying I'm late... So I follow it down this rabbit hole and finish up back where I started in Tera 2012. This time there is a sign that says....' Be afraid.. Very afraid' and a flashing stop sign. Must have missed that first time around. Server crashed... it was just a dream.
Seriously guys if you can't keep the servers up then just put the thing out of its mysery. I can appreciate its the only way you can make money right now, but you are hurting the ones you need. Not good.

The crash came out of the bloom. Foreseen, but yet unexpected, like a disease. One waits for it , but when it hits, is still surprising.
Altough , with last day's numerous crashes (attacks) another ccrash is yet but a reason to get up and walk a bit untill server is up.

Since the latest crash I can get to one of my characters in the selection screen but the play doesn't work. Earlier I managed about five minutes again before it went pop. The thing seems to be on its last legs.
Update: This is getting bonkers. I was able to log in with one of my chars and finished up in Highwatch all on my own. No NPCs or players. My heath was zero and mana says NaN%. So I log to characters but can select any other character to play. Some kind of server failure notice would be very helpful right now. So I don't waste my time trying to play this thing.

Not sure at the moment if servers are down or not, but all my account chars are "doomzoned".
Seems like things just get worse each day.
Glad that support/tera team has given some feedback to what is going on with the game. Good job, keep it up!

Kinda get the feeling that the server was running on a reboot sequence each time it crashed as you could get back in after a few minutes before. This last one though looks a touch more serious as its basically trashed all my chars and ether lets me in with zero playable activity or refuses to let me select characters. Just gotta hope they haven't trashed any data. Probably nobody even working on anything sadly. We certainly don't get any notifications on the forums about problems.
I keep trying to get in every 15 minutes or so but I guess its time to give up.

What to do on a hot Sunday afternoon ? Enjoy the AC breeze and , because one enjoys it and one payed for that goddam Tera Club, play (or at least have the intention to) play Tera.
But, things are / were not as you wished Surprise, surprise. Mystel server crashed around 12 and never fully recover since then .
That can help me but wonder ..i know is only a game, but once you Gameforge came out on the market with this game, get money from subscribers and get money from casual Shop buyers, weren't you supposed to have some sort of 24 hrs minimum tech support or something similar ?
Is not a matter of national security , is not a nuclear plant with shift 24/24 but once you accepted money from your players, you should at least provide tech support.
And also, provide communication. Ok, you tried Gameforge, with that emergency maintenance. But for fsake , just let playerbase know what's going on. Some "hickups" is merely a ball of poop throwed in our faces.
Is it really that hard for your staff to share the problems Mystel server is confronted with ?
Who knows, maybe some of the players with knowledge in programming, computing and stuff like these might have an idea, a solution, a hintch, a clue a..SOMETHING that YOU Gameforge seem to lack. ...
