3 days investigating the issue... is it really that broken - that so hard to find what causes the crashes
or I would say - its just 3 days delaying players with any proper answer and waiting to scheduled maintenance with "not even try to dig a top layer of an issue"....

And what would you use those reset scrolls for? So you could reset your entries, enter an instance, and crash again?

Gameforge Please advise why you have not addressed this issue so far, for the past months that i have been playing i have noticed an increase in instability of servers, note that this is a structural problem and not "server hiccups". An official response is required and an action plan how to tackle the issue from your side.

This is number 18 now for Mystel, since the weekend. Again, same problem as 14/15/16/17. Everything stops working, with only chat available, then boom, offline.

Dont worry.They dont care about your tera club and any other things you loose.I never see they gave some free tera club days because of these issues since 2014.All they can say is "sorry".You will not get your missing tera club days.And,they are too ignorant about the game.I dont believe that they are playing this game.Also i can say,they are here to silence us,not more.If x player complains about anything,like really anything,they are closing topics,silencing people.Dont wait something more from them.Thats why i dont play this game anymore.If you loose your tera club days,its your problem.If there is some kind of bugs,its your problem.If you buy tera thalers,its your problem.All the things you do in this game is your problem,doesnt matter the problem comes by gameforge servers or the game itself.

Gameforge I came back to EU Tera after years of absence to discover how the game has evolve.
Paid for Tera Club to get the most out of my limited time for gaming.
The quality of the provided service should not be acceptable, under any threshold.
You should provide a permanent fix and probably an explanation if you respect your clients.
You should also provide a from of compensation for the time lost and frustration created.

19 now since. Exactly the same as 14/15/16/17/18. Everything stops, and only chat works. Then we will get disconnected in 10 minutes time

This is the same crash that I'm in and finally got booted out of, so we're still on 19. but ye, not looking good.

My return to TERA was not as smooth as I thought it would be. Got back 3 days ago. And in those 3 days there's been way more disconnects than I ever had for almost a year when I played that game way back in 2016/17. Somehow, instead of improving, the game has degraded. Or at least the servers have. Still, looking forward to the eventual resolution of these issues so we can all enjoy the game again.
