Server crashing - not available

    Okay we know the server crash ..etc but how about Refunds ? Anything you can do ? or you just feel so sadistic making us Losing DAH runs since they are 5 runs weekly only and the server dc'd 12 times the last 3 days !!!!

    I'm close to quitting the game if this isn't sorted soon. If there's a crash every 30mins - 1 hour for the rest of the night, like what has been happening for the last few days during peak time.. I'm going to look at what other MMOs I can play instead. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

    Well, maybe the issue is with the hardware the servers run on :-O Have you considered that option? Sorry for being sarcastic, but I just have to...

    And regarding the compensation – it is not only about weekly instance limits and our TC just running out. It is also about the time that people spend clearing an instance and then just get totally nothing because the server crashes before they kill the final boss. Wow, can you even imagine if we still had instances of a length similar to Wonderholme? :-D

    what is going to be done to compensate players which bought Tera club and are unable to play the game normally for the past week or so? when buying tera club i can assure you that server crashes and laggs were not in the description or part of the 12,50 euro which is preventing me from playing the game.

    Nothing will done about it. When the servers were lagging non stop that took them 1 week to fix was not compensated at all. Hopefully the events will be better in July to compensate for this.

    I'd be actually content with an official response, whether it's the servers crumbling because of the russian influx in the playerbase or an actual DDoS attack, or something.


    Deleting and pretending it's not a big issue is definitely not a good rep, it will just drive discussion to other places like Reddit. Or just make a megathread.
