    I did contact support yesterday, got no reply at all today, 2nd day I am unable to log in


    Anyone working at GF at all?

    Anyone reading tickets at all??

    Is this an acceptable way to deal with your costumers???


    My language is a bit harsh, but imho it's understandable. I was robbed, by you GF.

    2nd day unable to log in, 2nd day unable to aquire my club items and I fking know, there won't be any compensation

    I think your account is GF's property and you just have access to it, so theoretically they don't owe you a thing.


    I never had problems with support tickets not being answered, maybe you are not the only one and they have a lot of stuff to deal with after the patch.


    And no, I'm not a GF worshiper. My account was hacked and my main deleted several years ago and I didn't get any help from support.
