My friend and I just spent a lot of gold on 1 hour XP boosters, is there any way to get a refund seeing as they've now gone to waste?

Server seems to be up indeed, but I fking have NO char on mystel ATM displayed at all while I have 17 in fact

EDIT: I have 2 hrs left to play, just got home so haven't been able to log in today so far at all, if I'm unable to play today, how should I acquire my club items?? Stop stealing my money ffs
