I can't logging game . Please help !

Please, yesterday I logged into the game and the client's notifications : the game is currently unavailable to you . please contact support - But i can't sigin contact support , i can't logging game .

I tried many ways , please help me . I don't use software hack or dns .

You need to create a support specific account, it's not the same as the gaming account
