Hello, do we have any information as to what the rerolling system will be like? Will items with 3 stats be favoured or will we able to change a 1 line- item into a 3 line- one?

Going from 1 to 3 wouldn't be rerolling..it'd be adding. so yeah, rerolling is gonna be about changing existing bonuses, as the word itself implies.

nothing new is known, keep speculating as everything is random at this point and nothing fixed as to "how does it work"

If stat lines could go from 0 to 3, 3 to 0 or anything inbetween, it would mean that you basically just "drop" the item again, and as stat lines are "rolled" when the item drop, that would mean rerolling the item, yeah

well there could be two item one for rerolling existing stats and one item to reforge a gear piece from 0 - 3 stats (while keeping etching, gear infusion and enchantment level)

How I have seen in the usual Korean grindfest MMORPG but it's not p2w as you can buy everything with gold in game from other players (sarcasm) they will ask a lot of money for an integral part of item to become BiS. I'm not suprised they will add both options to milk out players more.
