Stuck in the Void after crashing during teleporting.

    Please Help both my characters will not load in to the game after the game crashing while teleporting i have sent a support ticket but are the support team working during covid-19 it been 3 days since i sent the issue.


    I think my characters need to teleported back to a town i have read that a few people are having this issue anyone got a fix ?

    I agree got the same issue im missing out on the birthday event :( Please Admins Fix are accounts so we can play during lock down.

    or that it affects many more people

    They really could do with a COVID update just to state that there still there or maybe on reduced hours you know give me an expected waiting time back to my ticket.


    It would be nice to get compensation but no game really dose that. Just the gamers dream to get the free loot that we all love.


    But it is frustrating not being able to play all weekend i have to back to work tomorrow as im a key worker in the uk would of been nice to play

    Hey there dude been messaged by there facebook team the support team is working just bit slow as it was a bank holiday for them on friday put in a support ticket and just wait i recommend
