After 1 week of continous disservice, can we hope for some form of compensation? If not, these might be some suggestions, based on how many game companies deal with special maintenance or server instability and with reasoning behind.
- Extend membership duration for premium users, and give to non-premium users at least 3 days membership;
This one is obvious, in 30 days of paid service, 7 days are way more than accettable disservice; on average server sla should be atleast 95%
- Extend current event or replicate them;
Similar to above; but atleast we will have same event in May
- Refund adventure coins;
This problem was mainly focused on dungeons, people might have lost entrances, coins, so some form of adventure coins refill should be easy to give
