Problem with GF client

    Hi guys

    Returning player here. I currently have an issue with Gameforge Client

    I've downloaded the client from GF Site but everytime i try to run it show the message "It Appear that the Gamforge client cannot connect to the Gameforge client service"

    Anyone know to fix the issue?

    • I'm unable to login using my passwords on the site (but it work here)
    • I'm unable to reset any passwords as the confirmation e-mail is never received (even after waiting it all day);
    • I'm unable to sign-up as the website will state that either e-mail address is already in use;
    • Attempting to do the previous steps via the launcher will result in an error;

    Hello, first you need to register a new Gameforge Client account in order to connect to it and then you can add your TERA account (with your old credentials) to the client.

    tge fact is that i cant even install the client, it give me this message.

    BUt if you say with this

    procedure it will work i will try The fact is that on the GF site my old account give me Invalid account data eand when i try to reset the password the email is not delivered to my email account
