Removed Antaroth Abyss NM - really?

  • Someone explain me how a "new" player can even do hard mode if you take away "training mode" (aka normal mode).

Already now I find many times people in HM with no clue about NM mechs yet they think going straight to HM is a good idea (200 IQ people) but now what I am supposed to tell em? "Go back to normal mode and " --- oh wait, there's no normal mode anymore rip).

    Stupid developers as usual.

For forum: (1)I don't PvP nor I refer to PvP unless I specify differently(2)I don't aim to the best gear nor I plan to challenge the hardest instances in the game, I'm a relaxed player, get it?

  • The 4 lowest lv.65+ dungeons that are left are:

    Velik's Hold

    Red Refuge

    Mac. Catacombs

    RK-9 NM

After that there is Antaroth Abyss(HM) and higher dungeons.

Basically a new player have only 4 dungeons to do before stepping into endgame-like-difficulty territory.

    Brilliant game design as usual.

  • just take skilled people. and if you really want to take rookies, make sure they read guide. simple as that.

you mean the guides made by sources that the devs/publishers dot even acknowledge they exist and dont endorse?(and a sresult are no longer making them)

  • I looked a bit over the patch notes at Seraphinush, https://seraphinush-gaming.git…translations/2020/v93-02/ it doesn't seem to be that bad.

    Code
    1. Sea of Honor - Adjusted to decrease HP of monsters (Seawolf Crew / Hunter / Fighter)
    2. - Grotto of Lost Souls (hard) - Changed to apply chain lightning to 1 other person upon hit - Decreased HP and explosion damage of orbs of swipe mechanics - Changed to display electric charge as stack abnormality - Changed dungeon timer to 30 minutes
    3. - Gossamer Vault (hard) - Changed dungeon timer to 30 minutes
    4. - Antaroth' Abyss (hard) - Decreased damage of certain boss mechanics - Decreased HP of shield applied on Antaroth during cage mechanic - Decreased damage taken during orb mechanic, slightly increased Mana Burst abnormality duration
    5. - Decreased Neophyte Resurrection cost of the following instances : - Akalath Quarantine - Antaroth's Abyss (hard) - Grotto of Lost Souls (hard) - Gossamer Vault (hard)

This is patch 93 but dungeons are getting easier also resurrection is enabled, so there is no need to be toxic towards new&returning players.

there all dungeons in youtube, and majority of bosses are recycled, so it really not that of a problem. the problem is that new people don't understand that they need previous knowledge. so if they cry about being kicked, their problem.

  • It makes no difference, if they want to learn they will and most of the time they queue without carying or preparing anyway.

AAHM was hard when people did it in sc +9 without any adv skills, no relics/halidoms and half classes didnt have apex. Now it's complete joke to anyone in blue +0 who cares about being useful.
