Hi guys , does anybody know how can I get my hands on this "hat" either Sleeping Tiger Cub or Vigilant Velvet Paws.
I can't find way to get them , can they be bought in shop or in broker , or are a reward from something?

Pretty sure these are rewards from the buddy up system - get someone to level 65 using your buddy up code and you should get the yellow sleeping tiger thing (he will get the black one I think).
If you wanna the black one, the only way I know is again with buddy up system (but you're the one having to use the code instead) - which means you'd have to not log into your account for 30+ days to have this possibility. -
If I knew I would use the code myself when I leveled but didn't know it gives this cool black cat
