I tried using mudfish to reduce my jitter/ping spikes in the afternoon. Immediately afterwards i was shut out of the game and this error appeared. I turned off mudfish, restarted my pc and the same thing happened. Did a reinstall and system recovery and the same error appeared.
Now i think i got an ip ban by consistently trying to log into the game. When i try to enter without a vpn it gives me the error of "invalid account data" whereas using a vpn gets me past the "invalid accound data" but straight back into the main problem of "game unavailable please contact support.
I play on the SHEN server and am currently in asia so there should be no geo ip ban of the area.
