Thank you for unfixed support.

    Firstly,

    Im a old tera player having to leave and comeback to game every now and then only because of course its amazing and the combat is way more fun than any other game and there's a sort of attachment between me and the game, its unreal.

    Every time i leave thinking its over and then u see there's nothing similar to tera so u try to find all the motivation to get back and when u do, the game(Publishers/support screw you over and over)


    I've had loading screen crash at 100%, its account based meaning all my characters crash at 100% only on 1 account, Where as on my pc Im able to log in from friends and my other account. It gives me the idea it has nothing to do with my pc specs, net or game files, antivirus and stuff.

    This is solely on the account which of course when asked in forum, the obvious answer- contact the support.


    So i did, 1 week ago> got an automated reply and then constantly trying to reach the support team for support and getting replies like ' BIGGER PROBLEMS NEED MORE TIME TO FIX' and then go 2 days without any reply. I had purchased tera club mainly due to events and its beneficial at a time like this. And to a week.(considering they do not work in weekends) so that's Monday which makes it 10 days.


    How is this acceptable :

    1) This wasnt my issue. This was the games issue

    2) The tera team needs to compensate for the loss, which they wouldnt do,

    3)This issue ive previously had on TERA NA long ago and it got fixed in 2days.


    To the moderators : Why do u post stuff like contact support when they dont even prioritize and fix the issue.

    Im just thinking so an issue in game takes 10 days to fix. What issue in game takes 10 days to fix?

    Theres no issue 'IN-GAME' that ever takes 10 days to fix.

    Accept the fact the support either dint care enough or dint even prioritize.

    This is unacceptable.


    Sorry to anyone whose viewing this if this seemed negative or cribbing it isn't.

    Im sure a lot of people are facing issues in tera that's not being prioritized and fixed. and some even go to say it takes way to long to get the fix.

    If any moderator here really cares.Please check on your support team. Cause its shambles and unresponsive and negligent

    Please don't give people fake hope if u cannot really do stuff your meant to do.


    And to anyone whose asking is this game worth playing. Yes it is. But avoid it because of the bad support.

    Your last sentence completely bullsh!t.Sorry but the game is not worth to play.The game is absolutely full rng.As u see your login process is also rng lol.You can login or you can crash haha.


    Anyway,the game is similar with support center.

    is the game worth playing - its subjective. a lot of people still enjoy playing this game, this is why the game has survived for a very long time. Some people does hate the game due to the fact that they cant reach end game gears, "rng sucks" they say. Common excuse for lazy people who cant grind the game properly.

    A lot of people ? Lol.You dont have a clue how crowded tera was.Currently its empty and dead servers.How can u say "a lot" when there is 1-2 endgame lfg and 5 hours que for bg ? Just lol.You guys are zombies,who cant sleep and loves endless grinding + pure luck rng with very low chance to get usefull items.


    Also i can spend money to bring best gear.But it could be retarded decision.Who can pay money for empty servers ? And for what ? Clearing same dungeon again and again ? Not active bg's ?


    Showing shiny gear to anyone doesnt make sense..

    Anyway Truth never changes.Feel happy to show your shiny gear in an empty servers and proud of it dude.I never cared pve btw.I'm caring just pvp gameplay of this game and its ruined.At the end u will face more rng,and dont forget to steal your mum's dad's card for throwing some euros into the game :)
