Where is "The Abscess (Hard)" ? - and other problems

As far as I know there had been a promise that we get back an old instance as an end-game content. Where is it? I can see it even in the January events:

" The Abscess (Hard) for 200 adventure coins (instead of 250)"

You have to make serious changes in game! Gear enchanting hasn't been worse in TERA's lifetime since 2010. This is the most P2W system I've ever seen. There is literally no chance for a +15 set if you don't buy 3000 TT / week. We cannot have enough feedstocks and repairing materials. We have no progress in our gear, I have farmed 3 months and used up all of my gold and materials and nothing changed (too many damage on items, too many fails, downgrading etc...). I also bought like 6000 TT and still I got a +11 eternal weapon only..

And also we have the same bugs for months in Wonderholme last boss and The Vanguard Requests still says "0-0 undefined" in 2 rows.

I know that the event is starting tomorrow, but ABHM's returning was announced from december as far as I remember. It was announced in november and there had been tries to bring it back tho you canceled it.

It's not about the event. The event says:

"The Abscess (Hard) for 200 adventure coins (instead of 250)"

Where is the 250 one? Do we have it now? Or Abscess starts tomorrow with the event?

What about the other things I mentioned?
