How to get skill optimization Scroll I?

Hey, I need skill optimization scrolls I for my level 67 advanced skills.

I can never find any groups for veliks sanctuary so the other way of getting them is through daily quests but where are they? I found some quests in the isolation camp in Sienna Canyon that gave those items and now I finished all but I only got 60.

How am I supposed to get more?

What are guardian missions? I'm a returnign player and don't know about those. Also, what codes are you talking about? :o

When I open my quest tap and look through my daily quests none of them gives the scrolls though where are the quests that give them?
