There needs to be a balance. TERA atm is demanding much more p2w from players than what the game's worth, that's why it's so empty.

Is it intentionally not to give players any IMPROVED feedstock as a REWARD for events or as increased drops from dungeons? Not to mention it seems the success rate for ETERNAL GEAR to +15 is .000000000001%! 60 Tries and still +14? What is this joke?????
