Why current character event is locked to the first character you login?
I could play at least 3 characters but now I "have to" just afk on one, once I dry out action coins... Is this by design or maybe a bug?

Same. I log first on alt and i was scared when i don´t see event on main. Now i must be 75 hours on alt. Please do it for all characters.

I wonder if GF has any agreement with power plants or power suppliers ..so many alts will just online afk consuming planet's valuable resources and increasing consumer's bills xD
And is just nonsense, even if one logged main char ... after you finish adv coins and craft and do w/e else.. do what ? Instead of accumulated account time, giving this way chance to farm dung on alts .. you are forced to just afk on main and to gather 75 hrs of "gameplay" xdd

They are just to stupid to write the right programm code and recognized the mistake during the test. So before invest more money for changing the code, they just wrote a note to silence the people. Thats salesmanship at it's best.

I don't see anything in the Events:October & November section

Luckily for me I usually log to my fishing-only alt first to deliver the fish crates, so she got the event and yey, one more excuse to just afk fishing instead of playing the game I guess.

Polan is the most useless support member. (not that it isn't all that)
I lost 100+ underwear box cuz the patch86 note and stream were missleading and they only made notes on discord(i am not part of it) about they wont put new underwears into the game right after the patch and the already exchange boxes wont be converted into new ones.
I asked them to change my remaining and already exchanged boxes into new ones and recover my already used ones due to the missleading stream/patch note and not making official announcement about the changes on the website. They said a huge no.
So if you have any problem just its just waste of time asking help from the support. They will do nothing.
I also know about person who lost 250 boxes due to the same missleading. And lot of other ppl had that problem.

Must be an "all the sudden" event that wasn't planned at all, to prevent even more players leaving...
Extreem dungeon or not, they are still not able to set decent loot for anything, asking for more and more (playtime mostly) while giving less and less (useful!) things for the invested time, 10 boss box for 75 hrs of playtime lol? You can get that in 30 min if you want to, but since you can't set loot for anything, all (mostly) you will get outta those boxes are green items only, hurray!, more repair materials, oh wait, I don't have any gold item I wanna upgrade, lol @ repair, cuz yellow gear not dropping at all, or if it does, it does with the wrong amplification...Dark light bow and Annihilation staff here I go...

during the extreme dungeon event a few months ago i transfered my character to mystel and have been told the dungeon-tokens are intended to be bound to server (and character, what even initially was not the case) so even a manuel transfer by gameforge would be impossible. a few weeks later they got transferable suddenly, so i guess either the staff themselves dont know what's going on or they change their mind like their underwear.
maybe next week they change it too

any event that ONLY counts 1 chars login time is a clear indication that Gf doesn't really know what works for tera players.
tera players use alts!. so this event is asking for problems.
-people logging in on alts first / by accident or because they didnt know about the event.
- people use alts because for some things you want to dps and other heal, or tank.
im disapointed in GF choice to configure this elin event this way.

Seems like they changed their mind. It looks like they're willing to help me but Polan is just giving me nosense answers. I hope they can manage to fix this issue somehow.

Wanna hear another "Tera Support" story?
Last month I had some technical troubles with the game - it simply won't launch anymore.
So I contacted support, they asked me to provide with a few technical logs which I collected and delivered to them, and this was their last answer I heard from them (more than a month ago now):
One month later I'm still waiting for this mysterious "further investigation", meanwhile, I couldn't login this whole time if I didn't of course, in the end just re-downloaded 50 GB+ of client with my amazing 1 MB/s internet, something that support somehow didn't even suggested me.
PS
Oh yeah, the ticket also said "We'll keep you updated" - I'm still waiting for the update here - one month later.
