Metamorphic emblem Lore / help

    hey Folks


    I need your help because the wiki cant help me out.


    I am a brutal newbie to Tera online.


    I bought the PC Collectors edition of the game and on each physical item you can see the metamorphic emblem or what is this sign?

    Is there something lore specific to those emblems or why is it used that much on all of the physical items even on the compass?


    And question 2:

    The compass is called federation issued compass.

    Do they mean the Valkyon federation when they call it federation or are there other federations??
