Hello everyone, I apologise if this is the wrong place to post this.
So I haven't played Tera for more than a year and I decided to return, but I couldn't login to my old account (forgot the password), I did the 'reset password' option but I haven't recieved the code yet, it has been more than an hour. So I did this, I registered with the same email and for my surprise, the account is created with the same email that I used before?? it doesn't make any sense because I still recieve newsletter from gameforge on the same email before even registering this account. Any idea? I forgot to mention that I played for EU servers not NA.
