I swear i have the same problem since like thursday! I already wrote a ticket, on Friday, but seems like support is slow at answering, so will need to wait and hopefully my tera club days can be renewed, since that problem.

tera club days wont be renewed, and all you have to do is wait, there were holidays.

Had the same issue, after restarting my PC the game was successfully started. Apparently, there is some issue with the launcher.

The issue still remains. I have tried reinstalling, closing/starting game completely, java update. Nothing seems to work. The support hasn't responded to my issue yet.. I raised ticket on Friday.

i have tried all options and still getting the error. I dont use any VM, Proxy or anything. this is not one person. its seems like common issue for Verizon FiOS internet provider. The support has asked to do the same - java enable, cookies and no Proxies. I m getting same error as before. i have tried restarting client. Now trying to reinstall everything and see if that works.

I have played this game for too long and left for sometime.. now i cannot play even if want to.

Update from my side:

I reinstalled the game. used my alt id to login after selecting proper region. it worked fine to launch the game but my main id is not working. looks like my account is locked.

Try to isolate the issue so support team can help you properly. Check it its Tera- Gameforge launch issue by trying login with a different id. Also make sure you select correct region in launcher before logging in.
